Handling Hurts In Our Life

We can be hurt:-

Physically
Emotionally
Relationally

6 DONTs In Dealing With Your Hurts

1) Dont IGNORE the hurt.

Psalm 39:2-3

The minor problems will then turn to major problems in just a matter of time when we ignore them.

2) Dont RUN from the hurt.

Psalm 55:6-8

There will never be breakthroughs if we simply just run away from the problems and leaving them unsolved.

3) Dont HIDE the hurt.

Proverbs 26:23

Possession can never compensate for the pains that you are suffering.

Isaish 53:5, Proverbs 32:3, James 5:18

4) Dont WORRY about the hurt.

Job 5:2, Psalm 55:2, Psalm 77:4, Psalm 37:8

Pray in faith and stop worrying, start working on how to deal with your hurt.

5) Dont RESENT the hurt.

Psalm 73:21-22

Resentment can never help solve the problem/hurt.
Resentment can never change the current situation.

6) Dont GIVE UP.

batteRy runninG LoW!!!

oh mAn!! finally all my quizes finish liaoz..... which means i can get enuf rest liaoz... had de last paper 2day mornin! starts @ 915 budden i onli reach @ 925... 10 mins late... budden still i manage to finish de paper by "smokin" thru!... had a hard time studyin on tat module coz it is so difFicuLT!!! wat electricity.... capaitance... Kirchorff Law n stuffS!! headaChE!!! n i also veri pissed off 2daY!! by everytinG!! totally restless.... i simply get pissed off when ppl tok 2 me... coz i simply think tat i am juz a walkin zombie in sch... wat de!! get so pissed ofF coZ i cant rest well, slp well!!! finally now i cAN!!!!!

den went 2 eat in sch... after eating... went home alone... angie,felicia,yuxing went 2 town... den i glady went hme 2 slp!! i m entirely so tired tat i fell into a deep slp... when my mum called n wake me up... i simply gt no energy even juz 2 speak 2 her... n i juz cancel de call... den i woke up with a bad headache... haI... budden no choice... because i have 2 go 2 work... n i was late.. haiz... when reach there... saw jasper... he long time neber work liao... coz of his injured hand... budden heard frm him tat he will be cumin back nxt wk..~ haaHaA! finalLY~! den i went 2 work... so tired... but realli thank God tat He actually gave me strength to work!! hahA!!! n even work 4 cloSin... doing cloSin is so tiring.. wash everyting, sweep floor, mop floor... everyting~ but den thanks 2 Huimin, Joyce tat they actually help me 2 wash sum of the things oso~... n i went 2 sweep n mop floor which is easiler & better fer me...coz at least i got to walk around to keep me awake lor! hahaZ!!! better den standing there n wash!! haHa!! buden still i m here updating my bLoG!! hahA!!!

toTaLLy veRi tiReD~

haiz.. veri long neber cum in liao... because these few days have quite a few tests... so neber realli have time update blog lahz.... well i am now feeling veri tired.... have nt enuf slp lor... everyday practically slp onli after 12miDnight.. n wake up at 7am... i am sum1 hu need a lot a lot of slp... budden now nt enough.. it is simply so tirn fer me...
haiz... now join another cca... CLS Club-Sports Comm... have 2 organise those sports league n stuffs.. fun but me alone there with Satiysh.. because Angie they all dun wanna go fer de meeting after promising Satiysh.... haiz.... Yuxing cant go coz her fren cumin down... as fer angie n felicia, i nt too sure why....
so now i have 2 ccas... chinese orchestra n CLS Club.... means tat i will be even more busy.... haiz...
next wk.. will be having a combined outing with my buddy class... going 2 sentosa 2 have bbq den ton overnitE~ den me de organiser~ veri happy tat i can be organiser lr..~ oso quite shock.... coz tat day Salleh n WeiZhong are discussing abt de outing with Mr Lau den after tat Salleh juz came over n ask me fer suggestion...~ so happy! i can contribute to the class in this way~ maybe becoz i am too noisy n crappy n cant cum out with funny ideas n thingys ba~ haha!! realli hope tat de outing is a real successful 1 whereby every1 in 05 & 06 will get to know each other more loR~
later gt exam... but den i haven realli have studied finish.... haiz..!!! now my eye rings are gettin more n more worse liao!! heLP!!!!

yEsH i Am baCK!!

yEs.... it has been a long time since i last updated my blog... soRry... i am juz plain lazy.... havin said tat... but still i am lazy.... haiz... well.... this week have been an interestin wk fer me.... having no lesson on wed... so went 2 play pool with Samuel, Angie, Felicia, YuXing... den Samuel taught me abit on pool... deN know how 2 play better now lor... well den after tat went back 2 sch fer DCP day... so sianz... a bit rubbish lor... but still okie lahz... den go co.... on Thurs got performance lor... den so sian...my classmates they all go sentosa... i alone in sch.... performing.... for de graduation ceremony... 3timES!! morning, afternoon, nite.... so lame.... den durin de break between 1st n 2nd session... went 2 bowl lor..... den de break between 2nd n 3rd session... went studyin~ hahaZ!! haiz... veri sleepy liao... update again tml on my friday, sat n sundaY~ hahaZ!! byEz!

upDaTin

weLL... ystErday YuXing, Angie, JieWei came church lor... den after service we went 2 cafe there n eat.... den took fotos.... hahaz!! n oso NeoPrinTs... quite fun lor... den aftertat i went off first 2 go meet XinJie go SOKA CO.... de song... a bit difficult... but not tat bad.. hahAz.... den after tat meet up with de 3 of them again n have dinner lor... we ate long john silver... after eating... went 2 meet up with de classmates... den we go Esplanade 2 see de fireworks... got me, Angie, YuXing, JieWei, Felicia, HuiJie, JeremySingh, XueShi, HanEe.... but den XueShi went off with her BF... den HanEe went 2 find her fren.... in the end.... HanEe's hp no batt liao den cant get us.. in the end she went home after de fireworks.... and i saw XiuLi, Shona there too... de fireworks is veri sudden... i gt a shocK... but still it is so beautiful... so much beautiful den last wk's... after watchin.... we went 2 sit down n start rubbishin.... JeremySingh start testing us de Coin thingy... but i still cant get it... haiz.... den 2day went 2 sch... lesson is so long... frm 12-5.... coz need 2 go fer remedial... so sadcase.... haiz.. den reach home veri tired sia....

veri tired lehz....

today a tiring day lor.. went fer flag day early in the morning.. actually meet yuxing @ 7 at clementi... but den both of us wake up late... den i even more late loR.... in the end i onli reah clementi by 750 liydat.... den took 106 go wheelock there... collect our thingy... den go do flag day... so de sianz... haAhaAz... den me, Yuxing, Angie went 2 rot @ Hereen.... den seat outside HMV.... den got ppl singing nice songs inside lor... den we went in n see.... and realise tat it is "NORTH" a boyband... their voice is so nice lor... n they were oso veri cute~ hAaHAaZ!! but den too bad... never take foto with them... SOb!!! den after tat meet Felicia n the rest... some of the guys went 2 play LAN games lor... den we went 2 take a look.... n the conclusion i got out of this LAN game is....tat ChuaJieWei can never make it in playing this kind of games.... haven even start shooting, he already kana killed by enemy... den summore cannot aim properly... out of 10shoots.... think onli gt 1 shoot is accurate... haAhaAz!! but den tat JunJie is realli sum1 i never expect tat he plays LAN lor.. haha!!

den after tat we walk all the way frm cineleisure to shaw fer KFC~!! hahaZ!! den eat lor... after tat went FarEastShoppingCentre to actually play pooL!! hahAZ! today.... finally.... neber have JumPinG baLL.... hahAz... but still veri lousy..... but at least i can say...

got improvement lorZ... hahaZ!! den after tat return the flag day thingy.... i den went home a while lor.. den go cousin house eat... den go church... actually need 2 help out in the fair lor... but den in the end.... no need.... coz all de stalls have enuf ppl... den i juz went home... and here i am sitting in front of de com typing this long bloG!!! *waTeVEr* think gonna stop here... have too much long entries fer my blog liaoz! byEz...

::....LonG EntRy....::

hAi... duno why cannot login @ home fer my bloggie... so saD... den cannot update siaz.. den now have to update in sch... so stupid siaz... haiz...

in the morning actually met Sarah coz she is giving me bs on Laying Foundation loR... den after went fer choir... n service.... it was so fun... we celebrated National DAy lorz...haha!!

den after tat went to Esplanade with CellGrp n oso Angie n Yuxing to watch the firework.... it was so beautiful.... haAhAaZ!! but den veri short... onli 6 minutes... not as promised on the news which says 8minuteS.... wHy!!! and i have a veri bad toothache on that day... which causes me to have a veri hard time eating n drinking.... den me, Angie n Yuxing went to walk walk to go see the concert.... while walkin to mrt station frm the ritz calton hotel, after seeing de stupid 5566, we saw JiaLin n BengBOon... haahaA... den i was sitting inside de mrt station to wait fer my cell grp members...while waiting, i actually saw Satyish with his frenz.... after my cell grp members came.... we den took the train home... reach home quite late... around 11.30pM... so laTe... i could nt sleep well due to the stupid pain tat is tormenting my fer the whole day... and i have 2 actually took 2 panadol to stop de pain...

den on monday de pain is a bit more better... nt as tormentin.... but still it is there... cant eat properly... eating seems to be a burden to me fer the past few days siaZ!!! den at nite went 2 my cousin's house to visit my cousin's newborned baby...when i saw de baby... i was likE..."oh maN!!! sO sMaLL!!!" haha! and de baby is sooooooOoooOoo cute!! den watch Singapore Idol... so fUnnY!!! it helps me to divert my concentration of the toothache away.. but still fer a moment onli....

den went to factory visit ysterdaY.... quiTe boring lor... but still informative lor... went 2 NEWater centre.... den it finish at around 4plus.... when reach sch, i immediately go CO room to practice.... *i gUai sIaz* we den had combined practice lor... most of the songs i can play but... still there is this stupid song which i juz cant play n follow.... and i juz seat there tellin my fren how... den out of no where de cymbal *baNg* n i was so shock tat i jump out of my chair while i tried 2 follow the song... so maLu siAz..... haahAAZ!!

deN these few days i kept seeing my eye-candy in scH... canteen, library n everywheRE...!! haAhaAz... i find tat he is realli cute but my classmates were like..."huh?! he look juz like a ghost maN!!! so PalE!!" haiz... why!!hahaZ!!! *wATeVEr*

days have pass... but still de pain is still there.... as for now... the pain has realli been so much better tat at least i can eat without much complain... hahaZ!! but still... paiN leH....!!! haIZ.... gOinG ceLL grP later... heard tat there might be Korean Pastors cumin... n i'm surpose to go n bring them... haIz.. but sTill it is not confirmed yeT loRz... aniwAyz.... gTg noW... thiNk i cAnt reALLi update my blog regularly if my home computer cant login... so sAd...
